A 1982 limited edition lithograph print on paper by Oglala Lakota artist Douglas A. Fast Horse (b. 1943). The piece depicts the portrait of a male Native American figure, interspersed with imagery that includes arrows, eagle talons and a buffalo skull, rendered in a palette of black against off-white. The print is signed in ink and in plate to the lower center and numbered to the lower left as 85 out of an edition of 1000. It is double-matted and presented without glass in a gold tone metal frame with hanging wire mounted to the verso. Condition
- wear to surface of print, with minor but notable tears across surface and some crumpling to paper; toning and discoloration to paper and matting with areas of staining present; edge wear, scratching and scuffing to frame; no frame glass present.
