A pair of color photographs of Cincinnati at night by Cincinnati based professional photographer and distinguished WWII Veteran Vincent Re (1925-2005). One photograph depicts the Roebling Suspension Bridge over the Ohio River with the stadium and downtown Cincinnati in the background. This bridge, when built in 1886 this bridge was the longest suspension bridge in the world. This photograph is signed and dated (1989) to the lower right. The second image also features the suspension bridge from a different perspective with streaming time-lapsed photography below. This piece is signed to the lower right and dated (1993). These pieces are presented matted on white mat board and are unframed.
Re won many awards and accolades for his outstanding photographic work locally and abroad. Throughout his career, his photography has captured the zeitgeist of the times in which he was a part, from historical to social events.
