An oil painting on board by artist Beaulah “Boots” M. Brunell, titled I Love Company. This Folk Art style painting depicts a child wearing a red sweater and beanie swinging from a hung tire, giddily smiling as she overlooks a raccoon poking its head from a tree branch near a raging brook. To the lower right corner of the composition is a painted artist signature. The painting is presented in a distressed wooden frame featuring a linen liner and hanging wire to the verso. Also found to the verso of the canvas board is handwritten information regarding the piece itself.
