Item Details
An oil painting on board of a galleon at sea by listed artist Henry Harlow Howe (1886-1966). This piece depicts the three-masted ship cutting through choppy blue seas, a cloudy sky hanging low behind it. The piece is signed ‘HHHowe’ to its lower right and is mounted in a wooden frame with a gold tone liner and no hardware for hanging.

- heavy nicks, scratching and wear to frame; accretions and wear throughout painting.
