Item Details
A 1937 oil painting on canvas board of a harbor scene attributed to listed artist Joseph Mulcahy. This painting depicts several docked sailing vessels, floating on reflective waters and a cluster of rustic buildings situated near a wooden pier. It is signed ‘J. Mulcahy’ and dated ‘37’ by hand in paint to the lower left corner. The painting is housed in a gray wooden frame with a paper backing and metal hanging wire to the verso.

- discoloration; accretions; areas of surface abrasion and paint loss; wear to frame; tape adhered to the verso; tears to paper backing.
