50's Signed French Harbor Scene by R. Pommier

Heavily impastoed with a rich and vibrant palette, this painting is done in oil on board and features a harbor at La Rochelle in France. It is signed lower right, R. Pommier and remains unframed. It has a few minor paint flakes and a chip in the upper right corner. Easily repaired or hidden by a new frame. It measures 18 inches by 24 inches.
