Antique English Sterling Silver Serving Spoons Including Peter and Ann Bateman

An assortment of antique sterling silver serving spoons all crafted in London, England. There are two with an ‘H’ monogram dated 1791 and a single 1798 ‘AB’ monogram spoon all crafted by brother and sister-in-law partners Peter and Ann Bateman. Also included are two 1821 ‘IML’ monogram spoons by Ann Bateman’s son William Bateman I. Lastly, there are three 1809 spoons by Richard Crossley & George Smith IV featuring a family crest to the handles. Each spoon is marked as sterling silver with city marks, duty marks, date marks, and makers’ marks. Total approximate lot weight is 16.110 ozt.
