A collection of twelve plates by Royal Doulton from the Franklin Mint Heirloom series. These porcelain plates are decorated with colorful bird scenes. They are marked to the underside ‘The Franklin Mint Heirloom Recommendation, Royal Doulton’ and each has a limited edition number. They are signed to the front and back by artist Theresa Politowicz Heires.
