Item Details
An oil painting on canvas in the manner of listed American artist Patricia Buckley Moss (born 1933). This composition features a circular image area in the center of the picture plane that depicts an Amish man and woman carrying baskets of apples with a large rural house in the background. It is signed to the lower right corner and appears to read ‘Marlo’. This painting is presented in a wood frame with a saw-tooth bracket to the verso for hanging.
Condition
- there is a indentation in the canvas on the middle right of the image area; background of the image area is discolored; accretion to surfaces; nicks and scratches around the frame; discoloration to verso.
