C. 1900 Armand Marseille "Dolly Face" Bisque Head Doll with Composition Body

Item Details

An antique Armand Marseille bisque and composition doll. This antique doll features an Armand Marseille bisque socket head with blonde curls, feathered brows, brown inset glass eyes with painted lashes, rosy cheeks, and parted lips that reveal teeth. She wears a matching white hat and dress, white bloomers, knit socks, and white canvas shoes over a ball jointed composition body. The back of her head is impressed with ‘Made in Germany, Armand Marseille, 390n, A. 10 M.’ and was produced c. 1900. The composition body does not have a visible maker’s mark.
