A vintage hand-knotted Persian Isfahan room size rug. The rug features a large quatrefoil sea foam medallion over a light sage field. The field is surrounded by an undulating vine border with large palmette designs over sea foam. Each element of the rug is decorated with arabesque vines and palmettes in navy, royal blue, powder blue, peach, and ochre. The rug is surrounded by Royal patterned curved borders of irregular undulating lines. The rug is finished with cotton warp fringe at either end.
