A limited edition bronze sculpture designed by highly influential 20th Century artist Salvador Dali (1904-1989), titled Night and Day. This sculpture depicts two graceful figures, both showing the numbers of a clock face around their torsos. The figure on the left, representing day, features a lighter bronze finish and is decorated with puffy clouds and a round sun. The figure on the right, representing night, is decorated with a moon and stars. The work is signed in-mold ‘Dali’ on the thigh of each figure. A bronze seal at the base reads ‘Licensed Salvador Dali’, and the work is stamped on the side 13 in an edition of 200. The bronze sculpture is presented on a polished marble base.
