Item Details
A vintage signed hand-knotted Persian Isfahan pictorial rug. The parchment colored field of the rug displays a large, stylized depiction of St. George battling a dragon. The field is further decorated with floral motifs and a hand knotted signature at top. The field is surrounded by a Rhodesian principal border set atop a khaki colored ground. The rug is finished with cropped cotton warp fringe at either end.
