A hand-knotted Persian-inspired overdyed area rug. This area rug has been overdyed a grey color, with partially visible designs. Elements of the original patterning of central medallion, floral motifs, and border show through in shades of claret, umber, and indigo. It has short fringe to either end and it is not marked.
