Early French Carved Fruitwood Armoire

Item Details

An early French armoire in carved fruitwood, having a pegged constructed case. The carved frieze is above two framed doors with shaped raised-panels and brass hinges, which allow doors to be lifted and removed. The scalloped apron has a carved petaled flower, between cabriole feet. The interior features shelving and two drawers, Circa 1800.
