A Bossons chalkware bust and a ceramic ginger jar. The collection includes a Bossons chalkware bust of a bearded smiling man wearing a green turban and a persimmon glazed ginger jar decorated to the top of the lid and around the jar with the image of a mounted Persian hunter. The bust is labeled to the verso ‘Imagical models by Bossons and stamped ’Bossons Congleton England’. The ginger jar is stamped to the underside ‘Handcrafted China, Persian Hunter Circa 1642, Mann’.
