An offset lithograph on paper by Josie Edell with imagery from an earlier watercolor painting by the artist. This print titled Charleston, S.C. depicts a Victorian style house shrouded by flowers, vegetation, and trees with low hanging branches. It is signed and dated ‘April 4, ’86’ by hand to the lower right corner. To the lower right corner is a dedication to ‘Dawn and Frank’. The print is matted in white and presented behind acrylic glass in a gold tone wooden frame with a paper backing, metal hanging wire, and brief artist bio to the verso.

Condition

- minor wear to the frame including scuffs and scratches; punctures and wrinkling to paper backing.
