An oil painting on canvas of people smoking cigars, signed and dated ‘F.R. 99.’ This graphic painting depicts a man and woman dancing to the music of maracas and a guitar, all but one of the four figures with smoldering cigars in their mouths. It is rendered with bright colors and bold black outlines, and is signed to its lower right. The painting is presented in a black frame with a wire for hanging.
