An acrylic painting on canvas titled Black, White, Gray Texture by contemporary American Abstract Expressionist artist J. Popolin (Cincinnati; 21st century). The abstract painting features an overall texture created by broad drybrush strokes of black paint over the white canvas, overlayed by a spontaneous arrangement of black marks creating a grid like pattern. The work is signed in black to the lower right. The gallery wrapped canvas is unframed, but equipped to hang with a wire.
