A power-loomed Karastan Chinese Medallion carved wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of ivory, sky blue, rust, gold, and indigo.The ivory colored field features a sculpted central medallion along with scattered floral motifs and bouquets to the spandrels with scrolling vines. Framing the field is a large flower meander border with multiple guard borders. Finishing the rug are serged edges and an applied ivory knotted fringe to the ends. Labeled to the underside.
