A 1980 signed limited edition offset lithograph reproduction of a painting by well-listed and renowned American wildlife illustrator and naturalist John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati, born 1924) titled Mockingbirds from the Williamsburg Series. The print depicts a pair of mockingbirds flying away from a white dogwood tree with a classical urn to the background. The print’s title is printed to the lower center, and the print is signed and dated in-plate to the center edge. The print is signed and numbered 117 from an edition of 1000 in pencil to the lower left margin. This print is matted in light gold linen and gold mat board, presented behind glass, and framed in a beveled gilded and black wood, wired to hang.
