A 1980 signed limited edition offset lithograph reproduction of a painting by well-listed and renowned American wildlife illustrator and naturalist John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati, born 1924) titled St. Francis of Assisi. The image depicts the famous saint and bird whisperer releasing two beautiful birds into the air. His countenance emanates respect, reverence, and love for these winged creatures. Artist signature is printed in plate and signed in pencil to the lower right. The print is numbered 67/2000 in pencil to the lower left, titled to the center, marked with an embossed stamp, mounted behind off white and dark gray mats, under glass in a beveled silver leaf wood frame with a black borders, equipped to hang.
