Antique Victorian Eastlake Walnut Dropwell Dresser

Item Details

An antique Victorian Eastlake walnut dropwell dresser. This American three piece white marble top dropwell dresser is made of walnut with burl walnut veneer. It features an architectural pediment with two corbels, a fan and raised burl walnut veneer panels and roundels over and around the frame of the arched top mirror flanked by candle shelves at the base. Below are two handkerchief boxes with marble tops, the drawer fronts with raised burl veneer panels, tear drop pulls and a lower marble top in between, all over a pair of full-width drawers with raised oval burl panels with brass pulls. The case rests on four square block feet. Key not included. There are no visible maker’s marks.
