A signed oil painting on canvas of a cottage. This piece depicts a single figure walking down a dirt road towards a single cottage on the banks of a stream and is signed by hand to the lower left illegibly. The painting is presented in a stained wood frame with a beige liner and gold tone fillet. A wire is present to the verso for hanging purposes.
