This photo depicting the Denver Broncos placekicker in uniform is matted under glass with a plaque reading ‘Jason Elam / NFL Record 63 Yard Field Goal’; when Elam kicked this sixty-three-yard field goal on October 25, 1998, he tied Tom Dempsey’s record for the longest field goal in NFL history. ‘Jason Elam #1’ is signed to the photo in blue marker. The back of the wooden frame has a sawtooth hanger and bears a certificate of authenticity from Sports World Collectibles.
