A grouping of ceramics and glassware including pieces commemorating the marriage of Charles and Diana. Items in this grouping include a Moravian-Slovak folk art reticulated ceramic plate from Lidová tvorba Uherský Brod featuring a white center which transitions to a dark green color around the rim, decorated with hand painted red, yellow and blue flowers with green leaves. Also included is an Adderly Fine Bone China small square plate featuring a tartan patterned scarf and silhouette of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Cananda, accented with pinched edges and a gilt border. A set of eight cocktail glasses, with stirrers, marked ‘Made In Belgium’; an Elizabethan brand plate featuring the coat-of arms of the Prince of Wales marked on the back ‘July 1981 Royal Wedding’, and three coffee mugs with their portraits presented in a heart on the front and the motif of the Prince of Wales on the back complete this collection.
