A pair of watercolor embellished prints, one lithograph and one halftone print on paper, by listed Dutch artist Bonefacius ‘Bob’ Brobbel (1907-1971). The lithograph is titled Amsterdam, Bloemenmarkt, and depicts the floating flower market on the Single canal in Amsterdam, with the Munttoren, literally ‘Mint Tower’ on the far side of the water. It is signed in plate to the lower right and titled to the lower left. The second print, a hand-colored halftone titled Rotterdam, depicts a canal lined with buildings in the titular Dutch city. It is signed in plate to the lower right and titled to the lower left. Both prints are presented behind fabric-lined mats and glass in wood frames with wire to the versos for hanging.
