1979 Sterling Silver Mexican Onza Coin Pendant

Item Details

A 1979 sterling silver Mexican Onza coin pendant. The front of the coin reads, ‘Casa de Moneda de Mexico’ which is the national mint of Mexico, as well as the oldest mint in the Americas. The reverse of the coin reads, ‘Una Onza Troy De Plata Pura’ with a balance scale symbol, as well as the coin’s purity and weight listed. The coin is bezel set within a pendant trimmed with a raised diamond pattern. The total weight, inclusive of all materials, is 1.325 ozt.
