A gouache painting on paper titled Indian Dancer by Big Paw. The work depicts the body-lenght portrait of a dancing male figure dressed in a native american style regalia while he performs a ceremonial dance. The piece is signed in paint to the lower right corner of the composition. A metal plate with the artist’s name and title of the piece is affixed to the lower area of the frame. A gallery label is adhered to the verso. This painting is presented behind museum glass, beneath a double faux suede liner, housed in a wood frame with a gilt finish.
