Claude Oil Painting on Canvas Riverside Village
Item Details
An original oil painting on canvas by Korean born artist Claude (20th Century). This plein air painting depicts a narrow road running alongside a rive, leading toward a small village. Three figures walk the street in single file. The work is signed ‘Claude’ in the lower left corner. It is presented in a gold tone wood frame with a linen liner. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso, along with a short typewritten artist bio.
Condition
- smudges throughout verso of canvas; minor wear at bottom left corner of frame.
