Antique Haviland Limoges Porcelain Serveware
Item Details
A selection of antique Haviland Limoges porcelain serveware including an oval vegetable bowl, a gravy boat with tray, a covered vegetable bowl, a celery dish, and a circular plate. The plate features a hand-painted pink rose design to the center while all of the pieces display thick salmon bands and gilt accents. The covered vegetable bowl and gravy boat present molded rope style accents to the handles, and scroll and fan designs adorn two sides of the celery dish. The pieces were produced between 1879-86 by Haviland & Co. and are marked with decorator and manufacturer marks to the undersides.
Condition
- to fair; some gilt detail loss; some wear to bottom; a few chips to bottom rim of celery dish; chip to bottom of gravy boat.
