Wooden Writing Box Trimmed in Brass

Item Details

A wood writing box trimmed in brass. The box has a wood frame with a burl wood and veneer finish with brass trim and a brass lock on the front. Other features of the box include a hinged lid and a wood interior with a black and brown finish accented with gilded trim. The box also has an assortment of compartments and a fold down wood panel that creates a writing desk. There are no apparent makers marks.
