A Victorian crystal sugar caster made by Theodore B. Starr featuring a lovely floral openwork sterling silver top with embossed leaf motif to the bottom of the lid and fine fluted edge to the collar. Monogrammed ‘RSA’ in small script letters to the top. The bottle is pressed crystal with larger star pattern to the bottom.
