An original oil painting on canvas by listed American artist and illustrator Marilyn Mark (1930-2009). This whimsical image depicts an illustrative chicken, cat, rabbit, sheep, and cow stacked against a speckled red background. The work is signed in the lower right. It is presented in a hand decorated wood frame with a painted triangle motif. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.

- scratch across the cow’s face; wood frame showing nicks and scratches around the frame.
