Phil Gidley Acrylic Paintings on Canvas of Wooded Landscapes
Item Details
A pair of acrylic paintings on canvas of wooded landscapes signed by Phil Gidley (20th Century). These two paintings depict a rolling, grassy hillside accented with shrubbery and dark, tall trees, some of which are overtaken by leaves. They frame a large, expansive body of water to the distance. To the lower left corner of each composition is a painted signature and is dated ‘83’. The paintings are presented in green wooden frames with hanging wire to the verso.

- wear to edges of frame; staining, wear and curling to wrapped canvas.
