Hand-Woven Turkish Wool Kilim Area Rug
Item Details
A hand-wove kilim flat weave wool on cotton area rug attributed to the country of Turkey. It features an abrashed red field adorned with a brown pole medallion There are three stations with sawtooth edged diamond guls in a myriad of colors. Also adorning the field are several filler guls in blue, orange, and green. Enclosing the field is a series of ladder-like borders in green, red, blue, and white finishing with a brown multi-selvage edge to the either side. The ends have short kilim skirts and cotton fringe.
