An original oil on canvas completed by Fay as copy of Jean-Honoré Fragonard painting The Swing. The piece depicts a woman in flowing pink dress on a swing with a young gentleman lying on the ground beneath her. The piece rests in a gold tone frame. A wire is affixed to the verso for hanging.
Condition
Fair-Poor: discoloration to painting, significant wear to frame.
