Antique Persian Hand-Knotted Bakshaish Area Rug
Item Details
An antique Persian hand-knotted wool accent rug attributed to the Bakshaish region. It features a floral central medallion with tiny pendants against a bold red lozenge field. To the corners, there are deep blue corner spandrels with floral motifs. Enclosing the field, there is a light peach border with hanging blossoms and lanceolate’s. No marks to indicate a manufacturer.
