A Mid Century Modern peacock chair by Hans Wegner for Johannes Hansen. The ash frame features a bowed crest above a fourteen-spindle back and a rush-woven seat flanked by shaped, teak arms. It rises on four splayed, cylindrical legs joined by spindled stretchers and the underside bears a branded mark reading ‘Johannes Hansen / Copenhagen / Denmark’ with a ‘JH’ monogram.
