An oil painting on canvas of a winter landscape that appears to be signed ‘Kanes’. This work features painterly brushstrokes and is rendered in a palette of white, blue, and gray hues. The painting depicts a still, reflective lake and evergreen trees at the base of a jagged, snow-capped mountain range. It is signed by hand to the lower left corner and presented in a wooden frame with with a metal hanging wire to the verso.
