Vintage Chalkware Figural Grouping
Item Details
A vintage chalkware figural grouping. Chalkware was given out as prizes at carnivals in the 1940’s. This grouping contains a large figure of a girl with basket and bonnet, one seated girl with lamb and basket, one large ship wall plaque, one small ship wall plaque, two hibiscus wall plaques, one bird, one shoe with a sticker that reads souvenir of The Dalles, Ore., one cream colored boy with basket, one cream colored couple on bench, one seated girl planter and one standing boy and girl. There are twelve items in all.
Condition
All the pieces have missing paint in spots and most have chipping and cracks commensurate with age.
