A collection of twenty U.S. Franklin silver half dollars. The coins date to 1957 – D (2), 1956 – P (1), 1954 – S (1), 1954 – P (5), 1954 – D (4), 1953 – S (1) and 1953 – D (6). Each has 90% silver and 10% copper composition. The designer-engraver was John R. Sinnock, one coin’s diameter is 30.60 mm, and the weight of each is 12.50 grams. The mintage ranges from 25,445,580 (1954-D) to 4,148,000 (1953-S).
