A hand-tinted lithographed page taken from Boston’s Ballou’s Pictorial Drawing-Room Companion (formerly Gleason’s Pictorial Drawing-Room Companion) from Vol. XI, No. 22 printed on November 29, 1856. The page features an illustrated article titled State of Kentucky detailing various facts and history about the commonwealth. The piece is matted in green and presented under glass in a wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to verso. The frame backing includes literature with information about the print.
