A vintage pine hanging cupboard with a Sunshine Biscuits advertisement on the verso, circa early 20th century. The case features a flared cornice above a blind-paneled door opening to two adjustable shelves. Directly below is a single drawer and a projecting base. The door and drawer fronts are fitted with brass knobs while the backboards are made from a Sunshine Biscuits crate. One retains a blue and red stencil reading ‘Why Not / Takhoma Biscuit / 5¢ Pkg. / The Sunshine Soda Cracker / Loose-Wiles Biscuit Co.’ The cupboard is ready to hang with two metal brackets.
