Item Details

A handwoven Turkish wool kilim carpet runner. This flatweave rug is rendered in a palette of deep teal, cream, rust, rose, ivory, powder blue, lavender, marigold, and sage. The deep teal field featured latticed varying diamond medallions and palmette motifs throughout. Framing the field is a large modified tulip patterned main border with solid surrounds. Finishing the rug are double overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
