Antique LW Noyes Iron Book Stand and Vintage Webster's Dictionary
Item Details
A circa 1900 portable bookstand by Chicago maker LW Noyes. The stand is made from iron and has a brass painted finish with oak book panels attached to spring closures. The adjustable stand rests on four curved legs terminating in wooden caster feet. It is marked at the top of the base. The stand is presented with a 1923 edition of Webster’s New International Dictionary of the English Language, published by G & C Merriam Company.
