A hand-knotted Persian Karajeh carpet runner. The rug displays a repeating pattern of medallions in shades of red, emerald green, and salmon, over a rust field. The long, rectangular field is studded with flower and geometric designs. An unresolved border with similar colors surrounds the piece. The rug is completed with cotton warp fringe at either end. Unlabeled.
