An Asian inlaid copper betel nut box. This wooden box features an inlaid scroll, acanthus, and floral motif copper design. The hinged lid opens to reveal three lidded storage compartments designed to hold the ingredients for making paan – slake lime paste, Kaatha paste, betel leaf and areca nut. The box has metal bail handles on each end.
