A pairing of two handwoven Zulu baskets. Woven from wetland grass and ilala palm leaves dyed with extracts from leaves, roots, wood ash, and other natural materials, these pot-shaped, lidded baskets features geometric diamond and zig zag designs to their sides. The baskets come with informational cards signed with maker names: Momusa N’Dlouu and Londiwe Gumeeli, both from South Africa.
