A 1996 watercolor painting on paper of a tropical landscape by Clare. The piece depicts a beach and palm tree silhouetted against an ocean sunset backdrop, rendered in a palette of vibrant pink, yellow, orange and mauve hues. The work is signed and dated in black ink to the lower right. It is matted in black and presented under acrylic glazing in a gold tone metal frame fitted with a hanging bracket to the verso.
